A professional Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of practice, Mr. Abhijit has a keen eye to details and has played a vital role as CFO for over 8 years and achieved 2x IPO in his career. He has worked with brands like Garnier India, Shrinagar Cinemas, Novartis Consumer Health and brings forth a lot of knowledge and skills to the organization.
Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
A Professional Company Secretary holding additional degree of LL.B, Tejas Doshi, is skilled in Corporate Governance, Compliance Management, Listing Regulations, Due Diligence, Company Secretarial Work and Legal Advice. He is Head of Secretarial, Legal and Compliance Department providing solutions to complexities applicable to the Company and plays advisory role to the Board regarding all legal interpretations, legal disputes and its resolution. During his work experience of over a decade, he has hands on experience in IPO, Migration of Company from SME Exchange to Main Board, Listing Regulations, Companies Act provisions, SEBI Guidelines, maintain Compliances and Corporate Governance of Listed Companies along with handling all legal disputes and litigations, coordinating with the external counsels, assisting in drafting of petitions, suits, appearing in the Courts on behalf of the Company and undertaking the strategy aspects of litigation.
Having vast experience of more than 25 years working in leadership positions that involves strategic planning, financial management, corporate accounting, setting up and monitoring systems and processes, Mr. Kurian has gained a practical hands-on approach with pragmatic decision making. He has both the accreditations of being a chartered accountant and a CFO that makes him even more inspiring.

With research interests in Entrepreneurship and Social Networks, Professor Bhagavatula has done extensive research work in both these fields. Owing to this, his work has been published in the Journal of Business Venturing (JBV), Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice (ETP), Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal (SEJ) and IIM-B Management Review.
Mr. Mihir has corporate experience of over 20 years with varied responsibilities such as accountancy, financial management, statutory auditing, global reporting, functions and activities related to taxation, import and export, etc. Having worked in so many different roles, he knows the in and out of his work and brings credibility and reliability to the company.

With over 20 years of experience in IT and having pursued an MBA in marketing and engineering in Electronics and Telecom, Mr. Amol has gained expertise in identifying latest market opportunities coupled with excellent team management and communication skills. Mr. Upendra has nearly 30 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing which has made him extremely knowledgeable in the domain of sales generation and market penetration. Started his career as an Internal Auditor at Creative in 1998. Mr. Mitesh Shah has since rapidly climbed the ranks to General Manager-Finance. He oversees Logistics, Operations and Cash Flow Management with utmost ease and patience. As the longest serving employee after the Promoters, he is instrumental in the journey.
